Outreach seeks out Those Who Have No One to Care For Them, such as the sick and the elderly, and attends to their needs.
The Outreach program seeks out individuals – particularly the sick and elderly – who may not have family or friends to assist them. In these circumstances, a BLESS field worker visits the person and provides a variety of assistance including medical care, hygiene education, housing restoration, or food distribution.
